Our adult fitness classes combine tabata intervals, step aerobics, and body weight training into one challenging hour. These classes are hard but they're designed so complete beginners can show up, push themselves, and keep up.

Small groups mean the instructor knows your name and your level. You won't get lost in a crowd, and you won't be going through the motions. Mondays and Wednesdays.

Our adult flexibility class is a dedicated hour of guided stretching and mobility work. It's the class that makes everything else easier whether that's your fitness class, your daily life, or just getting out of bed without groaning.

A tight-knit group of regulars who show up for themselves twice a week. If you've been meaning to work on your mobility and never quite get around to it on your own, this is the class for you.

Payment Policy: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is non-refundable. Missed classes are not credited (exceptions may be made with advance notice). ยท Family Deposit: A $50 fully refundable deposit is collected to secure your spot. It is returned in full when you give 30 days notice before leaving.

Our adult classes are open to anyone 18 and up. In practice our regulars are mostly moms from the Indian Trail area, many of whom have kids enrolled in other SportPlus programs. That said everyone is welcome regardless of whether your kids attend.
