Our adult fitness classes combine tabata intervals, step aerobics, and body weight training into one challenging hour. These classes are hard but they're designed so complete beginners can show up, push themselves, and keep up.
Small groups mean the instructor knows your name and your level. You won't get lost in a crowd, and you won't be going through the motions. Mondays and Wednesdays.

Our adult flexibility class is a dedicated hour of guided stretching and mobility work. It's the class that makes everything else easier whether that's your fitness class, your daily life, or just getting out of bed without groaning.
A tight-knit group of regulars who show up for themselves twice a week. If you've been meaning to work on your mobility and never quite get around to it on your own, this is the class for you.
